BOOKING SERVICES:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I want to make these services as accessible as possible while balancing the truth of being a one-woman business. I do have a stringent, albeit compassionate rescheduling and cancellation policy.
Reservations: All first time clients reserve appointments with a deposit. All return service appointments are reserved online, and payable in person. All virtual appointments are prepaid and nonrefundable.
Cancellations: If you must cancel, please do let me know within 48 hours so I can offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist. If the cancellation happens within 48 hours to the start of the appointment or the client is a no-show, I reserve the right to request 100% of the service fee before another appointment can be booked.
Unseen Circumstances: For unseen events such as floods, fires, evacuations, or sick kids, appointments can be rescheduled within two months.
Sickness: If you are feeling unwell, or if you have any symptoms that might be transmissive, I encourage us to reschedule in-person appointments.
If I need to cancel: If I need to cancel for any reason, you have the option to reschedule, and if that is not available for you, if a deposit or online payment was made, it will be refunded.
